PhotoToTattoo is operated by LING SEN, an individual software developer based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Our customer support name is PhotoToTattoo Team. For service, billing, privacy or content reports, contact contact@photototattoo.com.
You must be at least 18 to use this service. By creating an account or submitting a generation, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
The service
PhotoToTattoo helps turn an authorized photograph of a pet, flower, or personal object into an AI-generated tattoo concept. People photos are not supported in this first release. Concepts are design references for discussion with your tattoo artist.
We do not guarantee that an image is ready to tattoo, suitable for skin, an accurate transfer stencil, or a calibrated print. Your tattoo artist should assess the design, line work, size, placement, and practical suitability.
Digital service and availability
PhotoToTattoo is a digital design service at photototattoo.com. It provides generated images and downloadable reference PDFs, with no physical delivery or tattooing service. Available purchase options and their current prices appear on our Pricing page.
A listed pack can be purchased only when its checkout is available. If checkout is unavailable, no purchase is completed and no payment is collected by this website.
Your photos and requests
Only upload a photo you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the rights and consent needed for the photograph and requested use. Do not submit someone else’s private information or an unauthorized image.
Do not use the service for exploitation, abuse, illegal activity, hateful content, or infringement of another person’s rights. We may refuse requests that breach these terms or our provider’s acceptable-use requirements.
Your photos and outputs are private by default. You remain responsible for downloaded copies and links you choose to share. AI output may not be unique, and a requested revision may change more than the specific detail you describe.
AI model and content permissions
New real generations currently use the Nano Banana 2.1 image model supplied through Kie (provider model identifier: nano-banana-2-1). PhotoToTattoo is an independent product and is not an official application of, or endorsed by, the model provider.
You keep any rights you hold in your input. You give us a limited permission to process it through our service providers to deliver your request. AI outputs may resemble other outputs; we do not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection or freedom from third-party rights. Review the result with your artist before using it.
Acceptable use and content reports
Do not submit or request any of the following:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit or other NSFW material.
- Graphic violence, gore or content promoting harm.
- Hate speech or abuse targeting a person or group.
- Child sexual abuse material or other content endangering children.
- Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation or unauthorized depictions of another person.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized copies of protected characters or branding.
- Bypassing security or content checks, abusing accounts, or reselling access without permission.
- Presenting an AI concept as professional tattooing, medical or other qualified advice.
Report a concern to contact@photototattoo.com with the design or order reference and a short explanation. Do not send illegal images or private access links. The operator reviews reports and may refuse a request, remove violating content or restrict access where necessary. You may use the same address to ask us to review a mistaken decision.
For generation requests, Sightengine checks input and output images, and Waffo’s content-safety service checks your written requirements and the final model prompt. Generation cannot start until the input and prompt checks allow it. Outputs remain unavailable until their checks allow delivery. Automated checks can miss issues or make mistakes; an allowed result is not a guarantee of safety, legality, or ownership of rights.
A “needs review” status means the result is unresolved; it does not promise that a person has already reviewed it or that it will be approved. Contact support with the design reference if you need help.
Accounts
Sign-in is required to upload a photo to the service, submit a generation, read private design history, download, or delete a design. Keep control of your sign-in account and do not use another person’s account to access their images. Keep your account email accessible and contact contact@photototattoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Generations and downloads
One generation creates one image in one selected style. Each style is a separate selection. Trying a different style uses another generation. Revising a selected concept uses one new generation and keeps the earlier version in your history.
Input or prompt checks that refuse a request, need review, or cannot complete do not reserve a generation. Once those checks pass and a valid generation request starts, one generation is reserved. A successful, delivered image uses that generation. A confirmed technical failure or an output blocked by content checks returns the reserved generation.
If an output needs review or its checks are temporarily unavailable, it is not delivered and its generation remains reserved while the outcome is resolved. An uncertain outcome is checked before a return or another model request; please do not repeatedly submit an unconfirmed request. Contact support if a saved request remains unresolved.
PNG and artist discussion PDF downloads use no additional generations while the required images remain available. Images expire 30 days after they are saved, so download anything you want to keep. A completed image that does not match your taste does not include unlimited free retries. See our Refund Policy.
Purchases and generation packs
Our one-time generation packs are:
- Starter: US$4.99 for 25 generations.
- Studio: US$9.99 for 75 generations.
- Collection: US$19.99 for 175 generations.
Each purchase is a separate one-time payment, with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown by Waffo Pancake before you pay. Completing checkout authorizes only that displayed purchase.
Waffo Pancake provides checkout and acts as the merchant of record for enabled purchases. Payment card information is handled in its checkout; PhotoToTattoo does not store full card numbers or card security codes. After verified payment confirmation, the pack is added to your signed-in account. The image is generated when you submit a request. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.
Purchased generations currently have no scheduled automatic expiry while your account and the service remain active. They are account-bound, cannot be transferred or resold and are not cash or a deposit. Future changes will be explained before they apply.
A completely unused pack is eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. Used packs, processing requests, partial refunds and disputes are reviewed individually, without limiting your applicable consumer rights. Deleting a design does not refund its generation. A completed refund removes the related unused generations. Read the full Refund Policy.
Billing questions and account closure
For a charge you do not recognize, duplicate payment or missing generation pack, contact contact@photototattoo.com with your account email and order reference so we can investigate. This does not limit your right to contact your payment provider or exercise statutory rights.
You may request account closure through the same address. We first review outstanding requests, purchases and any refund eligibility. Closing an account or deleting a design does not itself complete a refund. The Privacy Policy explains the records retained separately from images.
Availability and changes
We may adjust features or suspend access when required to fix an error, protect private data, address a serious breach of these terms, or comply with applicable requirements. We will not treat an uncertain processing outcome as a confirmed technical failure without checking it.
AI services can be interrupted or produce inaccurate results. Review all concepts with a qualified tattoo artist; the service does not provide medical or other professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We will update the date on this page when these terms change and provide notice of material changes before they apply. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms and the linked privacy and refund policies describe the conditions of using this service.
